Return of the High Street!
Sedgemoor District Council is working with shopkeepers, traders and larger national chain stores to prepare for the re-opening of High Streets and retail centres, following the Government announcement that non-essential shops can open from Monday 15th June.
Officers from Sedgemoor’s Environmental Health, Economic Development, Property Services, Clean Surroundings and Planning Teams are looking at ways to help customers visit shopping centres with confidence from 15 June and to help shop owners re-start their businesses safely. Read more here
Reintroduction of car parking charges in Sedgemoor-owned car parks
As from Monday 15th June, car parking charges in SDC-owned car parks (see list below), will be re-introduced, after their suspension on 1st April. Read more here
Electric Vehicle survey
