Meetings are held at the Church Centre, St Mary’s Street, Nether Stowey. All are welcome – but please note that there may be restrictions or guidelines to follow at the meeting.
There is a public session at the beginning of the meeting when members of the public are welcome to address the Council on any matter relating to the agenda or on any other matter that they would like the Parish Council to consider at a future date. It is helpful if you inform the Chairman or the Clerk beforehand of any matter you wish to raise, so that the Clerk can have to hand any necessary information.
The agenda is available on the Wednesday before the meeting.

* 36/21/00029 – 23 Lime Street Retrospective application for the demolition of a rotten/part dilapidated timber lean-to shed & erection of timber sauna outbuilding.
* 36/21/00030 – Nether Stowey Playing Field – Erection of a replacement village hall with multi-use function hall, community facilities, changing rooms for sports and recreational use and erection of a caretaker/machine store. Demolition of cabin and shelter and formation of 4no. football pitches.
* 36/22/00001 – Land at Cricketer Farm – Variations of Conditions 1-5, 7-21 and 25 of Planning Permission 36/19/00016 (Erection of 109 dwellings with access onto the A39, landscaping, parking, public open space and associated works.) to seek the removal of affordable housing provision from the development.
Co-option: the Parish Council will consider applications from those who have put themselves forward to join the Parish Council at this meeting.
