Parish and District Election – 2 May 2019

Are you registered to vote? You must be registered by midnight on Friday 12 April to vote. You can register online at – it only takes 5 minutes. Make sure you have your National Insurance number to hand.
The following people, who are 18 years and over are eligible to vote:

  • All British, Commonwealth, Irish and other European Union citizens.
  • Members of HM Forces and their spouses
  • Crown Servants employed outside the United Kingdom

The list of candidates for Nether Stowey Parish Council and for  Sedgemoor District Council (Quantocks Ward) will be available from 4 April and will be posted here and on the Parish notice boards as soon as possible after we receive it.

The last day to apply for a postal vote is 5pm on Monday 15 April. Details of how to apply are available here.
