Cricketer Farm Site Development – update
This is an important consultation for the village. The Parish Council are aware that some households may not have received details direct from the developers, Strongvox Homes. This is the information you have missed!
Since the announcement of the consultation, a number of questions have been raised. Click here for the Parish Council’s comments on the most often mentioned.

Their will also be two events in the village at which you can find out more, ask questions and make your comments (see below).
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the formal planning application. This consultation should assist Strongvox Homes to formulate their future planning application.

Parish Council election result – Notice of Uncontested election
District Council Election takes place on 2 May
Registration for this election closed on 12 April and it is now too late to apply for a postal or proxy vote. If you are registered and need an emergency proxy vote you need to apply by 5pm on 2 May. Contact Electoral Services on 0300 303 7800 or by e-mail to electoral.services@sedgemoor.gov.uk.
European Parliamentary Elections take place on 23 May (if the UK is still an EU member)
If you are not already registered, the closing date for registration is Tuesday 7 May. You can register online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote or contact Electoral Services as above. Deadlines for postal and proxy votes have not yet been announced.
