The Members’ Register of Interests forms are scrutinised by the Monitoring Officer (Somerset Council) who retains them. Individual forms are available to view on the Councillors page.
Councillors must declare their interests within 28 days of taking office, and report changes as they occur. They also declare interests relating to agenda items at the beginning of each meeting, and if they become aware that a matter relates to an interest.
