A friendly and social group meets every Friday morning from 10.30 to midday. All ages and abilities are welcome. Bring your own project, which could be knitting, sewing, crocheting, embroidery etc. or just come for a natter and see what others are working on. It’s a great way to get inspired, learn new tips and make new friends! There is no charge for the group, just a donation for tea or coffee.
Story Time is a lovely activity for babies and toddlers, pre-school children, and their grown-ups. Held every Monday (apart from bank holidays) from 11 to 11.30. Listen to a story then pick an instrument from the music box and join in as we sing nursery rhymes.
This meeting will be held at St Marys Church Centre. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The agenda will be available here from the Wednesday afternoon before the meeting and also available in the Parish Office window and on notice boards at The Cross and at Harry Prowse Close and Church View.

Stowey Gardeners is a vibrant club based in Nether Stowey near Bridgwater in Somerset, drawing members from all around the Quantock area. They meet monthly in St Mary's Church Centre, Nether Stowey to enjoy a guest speaker, raffle, garden table, tea, coffee and homemade cake and exchange knowledge and information on a huge range of topics.
